INCREDIBLE ALBUM. If you’re a mainstream rap listener and you’re looking at this album, drop everything and listen to it right now. It is incredible. I expected nothing less from 2 greats of the experimental underground of rap. The production was rich and dense, feeling like multiple tracks merging over one another to form one masterpiece of a song. The rapping from Danny Brown and JPEGmafia was unhinged and wild, with the 2 exchanging verses throughout the album with bars oozing with confidence and humour, it felt grand and powerful to hear the two rappers voices complimenting each other so well on every track, producing a rich vocal soundscape. Each track was exploding with experimental uniqueness and burst out with new production and beat switches throughout. I cannot recommend this album enough.

Not a good album. I expected a typical future album pumped up on metro’s incredibly deep and complex production but it fell so flat that i can’t remember a single moment on the album except the already iconic appearance from Kendrick Lamar. Future used his typical style which i feel has become redundant and boring now and the production was well done but i couldn’t have said metro was behind it. He disappointed on this, typical trap beats. Despite this, it’s still an enjoyable light-hearted hip hop album and if i take it as that, i enjoyed it slightly but it really reeked of a redundant trap style that has been milked to death. Still a cohesive and complete album which is something i cannot complain about.

Really surprising ye came out with a cohesive album in his unstable mental state. I would call it slightly cohesive but not quite a good album, especially in comparison to the earlier works of Kanye. The main issue i have with this album is the lack of lyrical or storytelling personally behind the music, feels devoid and empty. On ty dolla signs appearance, i feel he took a secondary role in the making of the album but shone bright despite this. I also felt he grounded ye and kept the album level and logical. Overall, the album lacks the quality and personality of earlier kanye projects but is still a slightly enjoyable project for the casual listeners

Really an incredible album that shows the experimental excellence of injury reserve, particularly on the production side. It sounds like the end of the world, so abrasive and hard-hitting yet also cohesive and listenable. Truly an incredible album
