He Won !❤️ Ponniyin Selvan 1 is beautifully adapted from the Novel into a Cinematic version without spoiling anything. First half explored the PS world and it's characters very beautifully and the Second half is Racy and action packed with beautiful lead to next part. Its much better than the cartoon show of Bahubali and RRR which are unrealistic and fiction, with men turning into a football and thrown with a canon sling, and the hero killing a pig or a wild boar to impress the heroine lol.. and even to the extent of standing on the back of a running OX, PS is completely a realistic movie, be it horse riding, or swimming in the sea, big boats and beautifully dipicted river scenes to the real fort of tanjavur. It's not a Fantasy War Action Drama.. it's more like a Political drama happening in the Kingdom and inside king's family. So don't expect over exaggerated actions and build-ups. It is very grounded and realistic in it's story. Big Win for Mani Sir and his movie making skills. Eagerly waiting for Part 2.
