Jesus what happened to this show?? I loved the first three seasons and couldn’t wait for the fourth. However it’s clear the directors have some sort of vengeance they’re trying to exact. While the other three seasons were usually intelligent with the gags, with an occasional in your face joke, this season is just back to back to back with in your face jokes and points they’re trying to get across. In their effort to be satirical, they failed miserably this fourth season. Pretty disappointing

It’s just not good. Characters are pretty unlikeable, story is predictable. Good for mindless time wasting

Updated one star review: After finishing the series, I can say that the writers did not understand their job Becuase this show is a simple, poorly written show with the writers clear political opinions shoved in your face. I wish I could unwatch this show and forget it exists. I decided to rewatch the original Castlevanie and it’s like they fired everyone who worked on that show and hired recent college grads. Animations were pretty on the surface, but again, I find myself preferring the original’s. Basically the original did everything better Original 2 star review: Incredibly lackluster. It is missing a lot of the charm of the Netflix’s Castlevania. Many of the characters are incredibly meh or downright unlikeable. I think I would’ve preferred season 4 being the end of catlevania entirely, then have them continue with this.
