a teen romance that gives you heart fluttering moments and let you think about your own 16-year-old memories. not too dark, not too bright. the problem is the dialogue isn't so smooth and natural. it feels like i'm totally watching a character talking to a character, not real people talking to each other. and the direction of the story is a bit plain? not sooo fun to the point you couldn't keep your eyes off. but the acting is good, the chemistry between actors is great especially belly and conrad. the best part is the choice of music, it suits every single scene. it's played exactly the moment it should be that it makes the series 100 times better. makes you feel emotionally attached to the characters. whoever thought they should put taylor swift's songs in the series and the trailer deserve a praise because this is how her songs would LOOK LIKE. overall, it's not perfect but i'm looking forward for season 2. watching it just makes me feel comfortable for no reason. i like it.
