He used to be my favorite but he now is a bit arrogant. No longer wears a tie; no respect. Constantly seeking to amuse his cue card guy and his staff rather than his viewers. He imitations are lame and he needs to get new joke writers.

He needs to get new writers. He used to be one of my faves but he's terrible now. Seems to be more interested in inside jokes for his staff than appealing to his audience.
