An incredible album. Full of emotion and meaningful lyrics, all of them enhanced by Louis Tomlinson's singing. I doubt that the songs would be as good as they are if they were sung by another singer, because Louis has this incredibly special, expressive singing voice.
The songs on Walls are very personal to Louis, and this results in real, raw lyrics that makes it easier for listeners to relate to, or at least acknowledge all the feelings behind them. He really is underrated.
Two Of Us and Walls contain a large amount of those genuine lyrics, but that doesn't mean that the other songs on the album are lacking in emotion. All the songs are amazing in their own right.
The only criticism I have about the album is that the songs can seem similar, so a larger difference between songs would be good.
It's a very personalised album as Louis Tomlinson is not chasing the radio, he's making songs he enjoys for himself and his fans.
Walls is not the best album ever, but it is an album you should definitely listen to. And it should be an album you keep coming back to.
