Halloween Kills has some great jump scares and slasher scenes, but it is incredibly cringy. They really tried to give each character some defining moment when it was totally unnecessary and they weren’t willing to set those scenes up properly so it came off as cheesy. Also, who wants to spend the last 15 minutes of a horror movie having a character on her soapbox explaining the moral of the story???
