I just recently watched this movie for the first time about a year ago and I just recently watched it again. This movie has become one of my all time favorite movie’s from the excellent acting to the movie lighting everything comes together perfectly. This movie is the story about Forest Gump, a man who is not all the way there mentally but is a person with great morals. The way his timeline progresses is the most exciting to me. It shows key details in his life starting from when he was a kid until he reached parenthood. To add on, this film also weaves together historical events from the 1950’s to the 1980’s which add to the comic relief of the movie. In my opinion, I enjoyed the different historical events and I thought it was funny to see Forest Gump being there. Whether you’re watching this film for the first time or the 60th you won’t regret it. This film is a classic that appeals to all of our emotions in a well scripted and acted out movie.
