Watching James cook while getting a history lesson, now that's my cup of tea!
I always thought French cooking to be rocket science. After watching James cook food like Coq en Vin, Tarte Tatin and Beef Stroganoff, It made me realise how easy they are to make. Thank you Mr May! I hope to make these dishes, using your recipes in the future.
P.s I noticed your rice in the Japanese episode of season 2 was a bit gluggy/watery. If it happens again in the future, simply turn the rice on low, partially open the lid ajar, so any excess water in the rice can steam/evaporate away, resulting in your rice being nice and dry. Try investing in a rice cooker? :)
