Quite accurate. I drove “Overland mini bus tours” London-Delhi/Agra-London during those years. Scary times but an adventure when young & bulletproof driving through Europe into Greece, Turkiye, Iran, Afghanistan, down the Khyber Pass into Pakistan then India. A 4 month return trip.
