I can see how some may not love this film. It points its bony, scarred finger firmly back at ourselves and asks ‘with all your power and knowledge, what do you do?’ It asks who is the monster? And more importantly why. Apart from that it’s visually an absolute treat, acting is first class, score is sublime and like the best films leaves you staring at the screen as the credits roll. So if you cant love this film it means you cant relate, and if you cant relate then god bless you, you’ve lived a charmed life.
