It’s a typical left wing professional academic/political who cannot envision the realities of running a business or the fact that most workers are difficult, unproductive, entitled. But instead has to resort to the usual tropes of poor workers being asked to .., horror… work ! I think some insights into the structural changes brought by big tech are obvious, but this idea that we are enslaved “Matrix-like” in some dystopian world is extreme.
