I can see why people dont like it, but personally I do enjoy this, the art could be much worse, it could look like it was made by CalArts and look like the new Thundercats HO, the characters in this show i rather dig, Entrapta is hands down my fav, the writing style is a bit manic but ive adapted, the theme song feels very incomplete but it is catchy, the voice acting is hit or miss depending on who the character is, The story feels solid for the start, same goes for the comedy/gags and character development. The LGBT stuff ...i just see it as like a bromance...or whatever the now term is called. its not hit over the head in your face like other shows , its these people are friends who care for eachother, the Catra/Adora dynamic is a great arc, Hordak...i guess is ok...Sea Hawk is hands down my fav male character i want to hate him but i laugh so hard at every line, Entrapta is hands down my fav character, I do look forward to see if this goes to a season 2 how it goes. 7.5 /10
