As someone who has not read the book, I have loved every second of the show. I understand the disappointment that a lot of people are feeling seeing a book they loved being changed for the show, but it would be a shame to let that color your opinion of an otherwise beautiful show. Brie Larson is absolutely brilliant. The show breaks you, brings hope and it takes you through a very real journey of life. If you’re looking for a show that feeds your soul, I’d recommend giving it a shot!
