Yep, those 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding' flicks totally feel like Greece PR, and the third one spills the beans on its intentions more than the first two. Hollywood's been all about making woke versions of classic series lately, and the third in this series jumps on the bandwagon. The scenes with locals on the island handing out bread to Syrian refugees? Kinda felt like they were pushing some propaganda. But it doesn't stop there. In the third movie, they didn't quite nail the realness of the Syrian refugee woman's character – seemed like they just unnecessarily made her all sexy. Makes you wonder if they'd have done the same if she wasn't this super attractive Syrian woman dating a Greek guy.
