I think it gives an unrealist picture of the state of our healthcare crisis. Patients do not get seen quickly in ER and doctors don't spend that kind of time with patients when they get bad news, nurses do! I know because I've been a nurse in acute care for 31 years. I enjoy the show, but it's obviously not real life.
