I am a die hard fan of the Superman legacy, I went into the new Superman movie hoping for a fresh but respectful take on the Man of Steel. Unfortunately, what I got was a disappointing attempt at humor that completely undermined the essence of one of the most iconic superheroes in history. The plot felt poorly constructed, lacking the depth, stakes, and emotional gravity that Superman stories are known for. Instead of a compelling narrative rooted in hope, justice, or moral conflict, the movie leaned heavily into forced comedy and gimmicks that made the world of SUPERMAN FELT MORE LIKE A PARODY than a serious cinematic universe.
