My wife and I were totally drawn in after the first two episodes, which zipped by quickly. Wonderfully quirky, while maintaining a warmth and depth of character in all who come on screen. Even small scenes are memorable, such as the cat covered with the curtain while looking out the window. Subtle and not-so-subtle jokes will have you laughing loudly, while other scenes are filled with tenderness and sorrow. Terrific so far; a second season would be welcome.
