Project Ash

Not the first CoD game I played, but the first one I owned, and it has to be my absolute favorite. I completely loved this game and Warzone. It gets only three stars from me though because of the hacker problem right now and the fact that Activision purposely downgraded the game to get people to buy MWII.

An already bad game with no skill gap continues to add pay to win features and overpriced bundles while not addressing the game's real problems. AAA experience right here.

Not the best but was definitely underrated. I manages to have a lot of fun on this game, and I'm not entirely sure where all the hate came from for this game.

Activision is an absolute master at taking amazing franchises and ruining them. We had Warzone 1 release in March of 2020, and that was the most fun I've had on CoD. Ever. Then, Cold War comes along, integrates with Warzone, and some things are broken (DMR and cheater flashbacks), but the game is still enjoyable. Vanguard comes along, the games gets significantly worse, but rebirth is still fun. I'm still enjoying the game until Warzone 2.0. At this point, they've removed all movement, removed the skill gap, and there is ZERO opportunity to outplay people. The Warzone franchise aged like milk. I really wish I could enjoy Warzone 2, and I try, but I just can't find fun in this game. And not to mention that MW2019 was the last real CoD, because after that, every CoD released is more of a grinding method for Warzone. I don't think I'll be buying another CoD or playing Warzone again unless Activision can actually make some good changes.

A great game, and has made some major improvements since its launch. Many of the bad reviews are old, because this game was similar to battlefront 2 with having a bad launch, but completely turning itself around and turning into a great game.
