No. And I’m typically a fan of his series but this adaptation was god awful. The acting. The plot. Slow and painful. I barely made it through episode 2. I just gave up. The last few adaptations haven’t been that great to be honest but here we are. It was a no for me.

I wanted to like this. I did. It dragged on way too long. It could have been a movie or 6 episode mini series. Back stories could have been shortened. The series suffered because of this and I had to force myself to finish what could have been an enjoyable series to watch without hesitation. I get why there are 4 and 5 star reviews but each episode being over an hour long with not much sustenance didn’t help. 45min max for each an episode and maybe it could have been more enjoyable.

This is like Big Mouth meets Rick & Morty…and while I love latter, the former is just raunchy nonsense. Add useless gore and violence and it’s this show. I guess there’s a market for it so here’s this show. I enjoy the live action series but this is just a hard pass. By episode three I tapped out.

I’m just going to say these 1 star reviews are from people that simply aren’t into this type of movie and that’s ok. It was slow but brilliantly so. You have to read subtitles and it moves like a poem but it’s worth it.

I normally like Harlan Coben’s adaptions on Netflix but my goodness this was painfully slow. The storyline was bleh. Laura’s character was annoying at best. I feel like this could have been wrapped up in three episodes at most. I did enjoy the actor who played Pavlov.

No. What a horrible waste of my life to watch this. I wasn’t even 10 min in before I hated it.

I watched this for free in my house. I fast forwarded through the last 30-40 min. The main actress and her heavy breathing were annoying. Her waiting for the killer alligators at every turn was dumb. There was nothing realist about that hurricane. I’d say even if you’re bored, do not watch this.

Season 2 was...a bit much. The raunchiness just seemed overboard and unnecessary. I loved the first season but there was almost no break from the "raunchy-edginess", which I'm guessing that's what they were going for but fell flat for me and I didn't make it through the rest of the season past episode 3.

I’m already annoyed by the lead character and her lack of acting...or over-acting. My goodness she’s horrible and so is the other acting...but most her. There were a lot of open storylines not closed. They should try again on this.
