Whatever lapses in political drama it may have, there is a simple and recurring message that human life is important; and that political service, when done in an honest manner and for the good of all, is better than political service for oneself. It is timely and illustrates the greed and ignorance of the current Republican politicians and their ilk.

This is simply a really good love story that has made me a fan of Lily James and the rest of the cast who made the story a success. Lily was perfect for the role of author, Juliet Ashton. Highly recommend this movie. Doubt if you would be disappointed. I nearly fell out of my chair watching the credits when the name Mary Ann Shaffer was listed as co-author. You see Mary Ann was my x-wife's name (exact same spelling) and for a moment I thought she could very well have written such a story.
