He envisioned the FBI Laboratory, FBI ACADEMY and FBI National Academy: ALL considered the best in their respective missions. A truly Great American. Whom I had the good fortune to know during his last 6 years..The FBI today is still the one he built - at its core. Was he perfect? No. His name was Hoover- not Jesus.
