I have place two online orders both had online only sales going on and after I ordered the next day they would CANCEL my order. When they canceled the first one I assumed the items were out of stock so I order different item then the next day again my order was canceled. What I’m confused about is the same order they could sell me because they are low stock or unavailable inventory ( as my email stated) they were still selling the same items online. I am very frustrated and upset with the customer service they are providing to customers. Just to add the same thing happened to me in December and I had to call customer service to have this corrected and the customer service on the phone was just as confusing on why my orders were not. Wing completed but they were able to ship my items
