Why I love the original Candyman because it made me fear to never ever saying his name in the mirror, he was was my boogeyman and one of the best African American horror movies alongside Get Out and Us. The Candyman 2021 made me realise that it not about horror or the story behind Candyman persona, It about racism and Police brutality. Yeah that right, Racism, I've see A lot of movies about African-American history and the struggles of White supremacists in the past and I'm at that point where it's getting old really fast. All I want was a horror movie of a terrifying character and you gave me Racism... Thank you Jordan Peele, Thank you

Honestly I have no words. It was just not what I expected. From first Wonder woman to this... DC, step up your game.

Honestly, I only saw the trailer and I was completely downfounded. Normally, I never judge a movie without watching it, but this is too much. Seriously, what happened to kid friendly comedies. Are mature men and women finding this amusing... this is disgusting! But hey, anything to make a buck, without knowing the consequences this might have on the youth of today. I not against comedy but when do we draw the line. Grown men and women literally sitting and watching children using profanity, playing with sexual objects and watching them making out without having any problem with this at all. I'm a young adult and even I am disappointed after seeing this.
