Casketeers is currently my favorite, home grown, NZ made TV show. I love the uniqueness and authenticity of the content of the program. My husband & I are ordained ministers and have been present when staff of Tipene Funeral Services were serving our whanau. Francis is right, Logan is very easy to work with. I encouraged my whanau to use the service this year when my brother died. I don't blame Francis for having high standards. The client will always return if the customer service is of high standard, which includes whakawhanaunga. I have learned so much from watching every episode. 😀 Keep up the good image and I look forward to future seasons. Congratulations on the new addition to your family. He's gorgeous.
