This is, and will be West's most controversial album. From the production that feels bizzardly castrated and minimal, to stances he took during production of this album, to famously recording many of his raps on his iPhone.
And yet, when I heard Jesus is King, I laughed how simple this message is, but now I see how crystal pure it is. There isn't anything close to this as you can say with many of Kanye projects and only time will tell if this record hold it's grail as a classic album. I remember time when The Life of Pablo was considered trash and now I find only people who call it masterpiece. It's always like that.
