Ignore the negative reviews. This show gets review bombed by "truists and elitists" who get upset when the lore of something they love isn't honored. Ignore them. The show is good. The character development is good. Episode 5 is really good. I've enjoyed the buildup and I like Pedro as Master Chief. Remember how people were upset about the new Robocop or the new Judge Dredd? Same issue. Both are good, and Karl Urban was a superior Dredd. This is getting flack for the same reasons. Budget is big and you'll get your money's worth. Be patient. Great show.
