As someone who loves fishing and had dreams of being a tourney angler as a child and adult but also someone who loves the video game culture... I would say this game was insulting to both.... I've been waiting the arrival of a super realistic great fishing game with all of the pieces of the puzzle and their applications actually making a difference in performance along with good fights and lure/reel mechanics.... the game had none and was both wrong in the fishing world as well as a terrible video game. I will say they made an attempt to have realism in the sense of lure selection and utilizing electronics but the game was too clunky to actually enjoy anything... super disheartening and honestly unprofessional to release. With Bassmaster being in a confusing time as it is this just boils my blood!
