Honestly my favourite game of all time. I spent almost a year on just the first run through, and there were still a couple of things I hadn't explored. The story is incredibly interesting and the lore behind it is also impressive. My favourite thing is how you can adapt Geralt to play better with your play-style with different combinations of spells and weapons and armour. There is an unbelievable amount of stuff to do and so many side quests and "treasure hunts" to build yourself up for the main story quests. These side quests also have a fair amount of lore and aren't just there to build up Geralt's gear. Some side quests affect the main story and everything is connected so that your decisions throughout he game affect the story. I would highly recommend getting both expansions as I found that the Blood and Wine pack was even more enjoyable than the OG game.
