Doesn't hold a candle to the movie, but it does have potential. Loved Hornsby in Grimm, but not sure he's right for this role. His acting is better than the woman playing Jolie's role. She's ok, maybe not up to a lead role. The directing and writing could also use improvement. Maybe its just that the movie was so excellent this can't compare? The 1st episode was sub par and I only watched the second because hulu started playing it and I just let it play. It did improve, and the 3rd episode was a bit better, so maybe it'll continue to improve. It has potential if the writers can create interesting story lines. The glimpses of the bone collector and his blissfully unaware wife are the best scenes.
