Good visually yet main actors, especially the main child actor, are always paralyzed by emotion causing a long delay in responding to every threat. It has a Hallmark channel vibe as they try to over emphasize the the plight of the disenfranchised by overly emoting every choice. It was meant to be suspenseful yet the actors were crippled by emotion in every scene. Both Amell actors were great if not easy on the eye, but their scripts were filled with ab "over concern" for each decision. The background music meant to elicit feelings of sorrow and regret was constant and made for a overly solemn movie. Actors too slow to react to threats. Worth watching but story like excessively slow.
