Finn McShane

This movie was a disappointment. They ruined the plot, butchered the names, threw away all character development and important lore elements. Itmight’ve been good if they changed the plot to match the games more. Some parts were good, but overshadowed by completely changing the story of the games and replacing the main character with some random girl that no one cares about. The quotes and cameos felt forced and the Springtrap scene at the end was not great. I was really excited for this movie since I love the franchise and have played it and followed all the lore for a while, however, this felt very rushed and there was a lot of fan service for no reason. The “I always come back” line was unimportant and irrelevant to the plot, and it made no sense given this was his first time dying. Also, the timeline makes no sense as the movie is supposed to take place in 1993 and Vanessa is a 25 year old in 2034. It simply doesn't add up, and the overall story is confusing, even for a fan of the game myself
