What massively frustrated me was how useless the "best soldiers" were through their secret mission. They were all just falling over themselves and getting injured or killed over stupid things - like the falling through ice thing, that was dumb. At least die in the actual combat. Then the other dude, literally killed my a random old couple with a gun underneath the table. That dinner scene was such a rip of American Sniper - where they're all eating. Also, the heck is this war even about? Who even are the enemy? None of this makes sense. How silly is that enemy helicopter scene, I mean, where's the backup? Does the pilot not radio back? Every shot seems to miss too. The enemy clearly have more numbers, why are they sooo useless when it comes to response time? Boy this film frustrated me. A group of junior cadets could have done a better job. I'd have given it 1 star, but gave it two because I got to the end. Oh, and not to forget... why the heck did they change their minds at the end with this virus, after somehow completing their mission? *face palm* AND THEN EXPLODE THE GRENADE ANYWAY!!! - She couldn't have just followed through with the mission? Oh my days. I'm getting annoyed by just typing this. Don't recommend. This ruined my evening.

The whole film series is a cross between Scream and Jeepers Creepers, but with Evil Dead humour. I found the ending a bit strange. If she goes full Wonder Woman in the end with her magic sword, literally having the power to kill the clown, why does she just waste her 5 minutes of superpowers and not kill the clown girl too? Like, yeah sure, just let her walk off with the head so she can resurrect it later... like, how dumb was that? She went full superhero mode with literal self-healing powers, so why just watch the girl clown walk off? Biggest facepalm moment ever. Well done, there's a Terrifier 3 because of you! 🤦🏽‍♂️

Boring and unrealistic film. Finbar was just too polite of a character to come across as a hitman. Also, those "IRA" members were on par with the terrorists from the Four Lions film. They were all over the place. They didn't really give off professional killer vibes. Doireann was far too open in public about everything, like, why is she talking to Finbar outside a football game with her face plastered all over the papers? That's proper dumb if you ask me. Finally, Vincent the policeman. Not once do you see him performing his cop duties, he's just kind of mates with Finbar the hitman. He should have at least been suspicious of Finbar in the beginning, especially when he later asks him about about what he does as a job. I mean, as a policeman, what exactly were you planning to do about it? This is supposed to be a height of the troubles, surely you'd expect a policeman to be more... on it. Proper dull and slow dialogue.

Totally overhyped and boring. It literally felt like I sat through 3 hours of jury service, about this dude's security clearance, then boom, random and totally unnecessarily graphic sex scene... yet you don't even see the bombs fall on Japan to end WW2 I got excited when they mentioned the Cold War, but then they didn't show any of the nuclear testing afterwards. They tried to be thought provoking, but that was soo dull - that's coming from someone who actually likes both science and history. They casted great actors for this film and could have done soo much. Such a shame.
