Poorly designed and honestly this game would be terrible, if not for the fact that this game is actually pretty enjoyable, despite it's flaws it's like deadly premonition, if your ok with the game's story and humor being what actually carries the game to being good then you'll at least like postal 4 for the humor because the story is ok at best. But still killing and gameplay is a lot like postal 2 so there's also that.
