This should be required reading for anyone who works at the FDA, in big pharma, is a doctor or an elected official, or has lost a loved one to the opioid crisis. Keefe does an incredible job of pinning the blame where it very largely belongs - squarely on the shoulders of the Sackler family. Most highly recommended!
