I think it staged first off. I like the concept and if it's real then its nice of Rico to help them even though there's people out there that are in bigger need of help with less money. My biggest complaint is the supposed professional decorators have unbelievably horrible taste in colors and decor. Green and gold in these houses is disgusting and back dating them to the 80s instead of modernizing. It's just upsurd.
