Curtis Doyle – Google

Don’t fully understand the hate on this. Was a nice twist on the classic possession/exorcism genre. Great acting from all the cast, although the kids acting was a bit strange at the start. The CGI has its quirkiness, but nothing absurd. Good storyline, with a nice bit of background info for the majority of what’s shown (the Spanish Inquisition, Gabriele, the son etc) which a lot of new horrors seem to brush over. Overall a good horror, good scares and a fairly solid storyline/plot. 8/10.

I have no words for this other than absolutely unbelievable. Incredible acting from all of the cast. The usual “cliche spy movie” bad reviews, but there’s something extra special about this one. Gosling as this serious, deadly assassin goes down a treat to all spy movie fans and of course Chris evans plays the “villain” absolutely perfectly. The only thing you could possibly say is that the movie has its predictable moments, which in fairness they’re few and far between. Overall a 9/10 movie. Hoping for a second one.

So many people commenting on the stupidity of the movie and the nonsensical nature, but that’s what makes this movie a witty, comedic, dumb movie that you watch when you want a laugh but also a little heart warming action. The chemistry seems to be there all the way through between Kevin and woody. One of Kevin’s funniest performances. 10/10. Funny, witty, comedic, fast paced and enjoyable. Not an Oscar worthy movie of course, but that’s what makes this special. Thoroughly enjoyed
