Read the book just as covid started and managed to lose myself in Pullman’s brilliant but very scary world. Thought the television adaptation was extraordinary and very faithful to the book. On a par with the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Intelligent, believable in a surreal way and can my demon please reveal itself.
