I love baseball and in particular, I love the Detroit Tigers. In the past, I've heard bits and pieces about Ty Cobb, and when I saw this book, I was really excited about getting to know more about the greatest Tiger ever. It was really interesting learning about the start of baseball and the incredible influence Ty Cobb had on making the game into what it was. If you are a huge baseball fan and love history, this is a book for you! Thanks to the author Charles Leerhsen for the incredible research and dispelling the many rumors. Interesting man, Ty Cobb, I would love to have met him.
