Customer service is a joke. No matter what happens even if it's the games fault CCP give the basic "We don't Care" attitude. The game itself is brilliant but let down MASSIVELY by a huge amount of bugs and exploits, bots and cheaters. As an example of a frustrating bug, Last night my lowsec alliance killed a titan, 20 of us didn't get on the killmail even though we attacked it. Was a bug. Emailed CCP and was told killmails are inaccurate since it's the last thing the server calculates. We can't put you on it even though you should be. To bad. If I could give negative stars I would.
