You have to login to a Ubisoft account to play the game. Most the songs in this game are behind a subscription service paywall. The menu and interface are terrible. Not intuitive at all. We tried several times and still haven't figured out how to do it properly. The game has a timer to select your characters for some reason and so the game can start before everyone is actually ready. I can't believe they've been doing this for so long and haven't figured out how to make a usable interface. Playing this game with YouTube videos is far more enjoyable.
