Hands down my favorite Rush album, even though a lot of diehard Rush fans (of which I consider myself one) don’t like it. Unlike what happens to many bands, Rush actually managed to make the new emphasis on synthesizers and electronic drums add to the emotional resonance of the music rather than detract from it.
