This was surprisingly a funny, sweet, uplifting film. Enjoyable from beginning to end. Beautiful scenes (Nova Scotia) and a good soundtrack too.
Quite a few reviewers appear to believe that this film was touted as a "faith based", or "LGBTQ+", when this is just a "made up story". It's not real people. It's entertainment. From what I researched it was not promoted as a "christian faith-based movie". Altho as a Christian, I did not appreciate the outburst the primary male actor had in the church. And, the female actor lying about being a lesbian may not have been PC, but it's just a movie, not a documentary. Enjoy it.
