I was really hoping this would be as wonderful as Normal People but alas, was very boring and dull. The way nick spoke in this weird “mysterious” raspy voice was excruciating. I couldn’t understand why anyone would want to marry him or have an affair with him. He was so boring and nothing he said I cared for. Bobbi was annoying at times but was the most relatable only because she actually spoke. Francis was so very dull. Would have been a pretty simple script to learn considering she literally said one word answers to most things. Just so boring and the ending was not worth the pain. If you are tossing up between watching this or not, save ur life and watch anything else. Sorry Sally, you’re a great author but this did not hit the spot.
