My fiance and I played it together. We are complectionists, before we even started the title screen froze and took a while to actually get to the loading screen. The voices sound like they were taken from scenes and just pasted in, with the tones not matching to some parts being louder or quieter than others. The house layout looks NOTHING like in the show which is upsetting. My character got stuck pushing something and I couldn’t let go and started button mashing. Since we were playing two player the camera couldn’t decide who to follow, at a time my character themselves just started walking off without my control. If you get too far the characters will walk back too each other which is fine except the camera decided to wonder off with out us and through the wall trapping us on the stairs so we had to close and re open the game. Title screen froze again, then the continue button froze. The items they were “holding” was just layered over them and looked strange and didn’t move right. Some parts felt like I was watching a storyboard version. Also what it with Bandits mouth? We wanted to go to free roam so waited out the cut scene and our characters were frozen. We had to close and open it again. As we were collecting things Chilly will say we found a sticker that we had already found forever ago. It doesn’t inform you how to collect the plant stickers, how is a child supposed to figure that out? The collision with things doesn’t work properly, I was flung through the air, levitated, and warped because “It just works.” Honestly glad I didn’t pay for this thanks to game pass, but still very disappointing. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a bootleg game.
