Not bad but authors really need to read Vavilova's (former Russian spy) book that offer rare glimpse into the training of undercovers, including evading surveillance, coding messages, studying maps and cryptography, learning foreign languages, establishing cover story etc.
Sometimes undercovers performance is so amateurish and incompetent....
