In Through The Out Door, the eighth and final Led Zeppelin studio album is 1 that has been called Zep's prog album as the band used keyboards and synthesizers on this album that they never had done prior. The opening track "Carouselambra" is a vivid example of the way guitarist Jimmy Page and vocalist Robert Plant were willing to try a different style of rock on the album, i.e. move away from just the hard, guitar-driven rock sound they'd played to perfection on their previous studio albums.

One of the best ever released. Of course LZ III was going to get some negative reviews. All the fans thought the band was going to stick to their harder, electric stuff so when they hear a ballad like "Since I Been Loving You" or "Tangerine" they don't know what to make of it. The band just evolved with the times.

I love Rachel maddow. Her in depth analysis of all things political has a poli junkie like myself eager to watch her candid interviews and reporting on the current administration and how donald trump has once again proven how inept he is as a leader. Rachel rocks.
