Used to be a great company but then hochanda took over. Since the new create and craft has been on air I only occasionally tune in and haven't purchased a lot like I used to. I recently purchased a product and had to wait ages for delivery. I used the flexipay option and I wasn't aware that there was a fee until after I'd purchased. There didn't used to be a fee! The website isn't as easy either. Hobbymaker is the one to watch easy ordering, fast delivery and no hidden fees! I've noticed hobbymaker are getting brands that used to sell on create and craft so to me that says it all. They are losing brands and customers. Not sure if I'll be purchasing off create and craft anytime soon due to the hidden fees!!!
