I just finished reading The Shack for the first time. What a mind to create such a story! This book dives deep in ways that most religious folk wouldn't dare. This book methodically undermines lies about who God is through a fictional story of brokenness and pain that leads to redemption. The author reveals the heart and Persons of God in ways that many of us have only dreamed about. A few religious calves may be sacrificed within its pages, but if you dare, the story may find you unexpectedly undone!
