P B – Google

The Lott is a joke!!!! Can take my money every week, yet when I ring up to make an inquiry as to where the ticket I purchased is ( I bought 2 and there are 2 debits from my bank acc) only one is showing on my tickets purchased. I called to find out why. I got an Indian guy on the phone whose line was echoing like hell, I couldn’t understand him( yet I speak 5 languages) and he couldn’t understand me. I think after 50 years of playing this game , I’m done. If the customer service is Indian people who can’t understand or speak English, what’s the point??????

Hate Everything

The only problem I see with this series is the Title. It would get more viewers if it was called "toward zero" or "towards the final hour" without the words "the game"- these words in the title, turn viewers away; and is a misrepresentation of the series. A more appropriate name might have been- " minute to midnight" or "moment before death", or " Saved from death". This alone would get a higher viewing audience. I almost didn't watch it because of the title. the series itself is excellent! good actors, good storyline, good producer and director
